Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

The educational qualification for UP Police Constable is 12th Pass from a government recognized board or its equivalent education.

Selection Process:

The selection process of UP Police Constable is based on the following Process:

Written Examination: The written examination will be objective in nature (OFFLINE). The candidate has to clear the written exam to get shortlisted for the next stage.

Document Verification and PMT: After clearing the written exam, candidates will be asked for the documents and physical measurement test.

Physical Efficiency Test: After the successful submission of documents, candidates will be asked to give PET which is the physical efficiency test.

Final Selection: After the completion of all the stages successfully, the merit list will be made.

Weight for all categories female candidates is 40 Kg

Weight for all categories male candidates is 52 Kg

Physical Efficiency Test:

A male candidate should run 4.8km with in 25mins

A female candidate should run 2.4km with in 14mins
