Union Public Service Commission Invites Online Recruitment Applications for​Assistant Director (Management), North Eastern Police Academy (NEPA), Ministry of Home Affairs (UR-01). The post is permanent. Pay Scale: PB-3, Rs. 15,600 -39100/- with Grade pay Rs. 5400/-. General Central Service - Group ‘A’ Gazetted, Non-Ministrial. Age: 35 yrs. QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL: (A) EDUCATIONAL: (i) Master Degree in Management Studies (Master of business Administration) with specialization in Human Resource management from a recognised University. (ii) Three years’ teaching experience in Management Studies (Master of Business Administration) in Central or State Government or Union Territories or any recognised institution. NOTE : The qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing, in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. DUTIES : Taking classes of the various training courses like Human Resource Management. Leadership, Morale, motivation, Stress Management / Ethics / Management Function Behavior / Social Process in Behavioral issues / Human Resource Planning / Organizational Dynamics / Employment Relations / Managing Change in Organization. He / She will also assist the Deputy Director in various administrative works assigned by the Authority. HQ: Office of the Director, North Eastern Police Academy, Umsaw, Umiam, Meghalaya.

However, such candidates will be considered for selection to such post by general standard of merit. Persons suffering from not less than 40% of relevant disability shall alone be eligible for the benefit of reservation and other relaxations as permissible under the rules. Thus, Physically Handicapped (PH) persons can avail benefit of: i) Reservation and other Concessions & Relaxations as permissible under the rules only when degree of physical disability is 40% or more and the posts are reserved for PH candidates. ii) Other Concessions & Relaxations as permissible under the rules only when degree of physical disability is 40% or more and the posts are suitable for PH candidates. e) HEADQUARTERS: At places specifically stated against certain posts, otherwise anywhere in India. f) PROBATION: The persons selected will be appointed on probation as per rule.
