QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL: (A) EDUCATIONAL: (i) Master Degree in Management Studies (Master of business Administration) with specialization in Human Resource management from a recognised University. (ii) Three years’ teaching experience in Management Studies (Master of Business Administration) in Central or State Government or Union Territories or any recognised institution. NOTE : The qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing, in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. DUTIES : Taking classes of the various training courses like Human Resource Management. Leadership, Morale, motivation, Stress Management / Ethics / Management Function Behavior / Social Process in Behavioral issues / Human Resource Planning / Organizational Dynamics / Employment Relations / Managing Change in Organization.
